    • The product is in its original, unused condition, and it includes all original packaging, labels, and accessories.
    • The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

2. Non-Eligible Items:

  • The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
    • Customized or personalized products.
    • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered.
    • Items purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  • To begin the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:
    • Contact our Customer Support Team at 011-5682 7172. to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
    • Complete the Return/Exchange Form provided by our Customer Support Team.
    • Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
    • Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
    • Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Support Team.

4. Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, Poll Table Brand will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.

5. Inspection and Processing:

  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  • If the item is approved for a return or exchange, we will process it within 3 business days.

6. Refunds and Exchanges:

  • For returns:
    • If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • For exchanges:
    • If you request an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you after the return is received and inspected.
