Shipping Policy

At Cuebera Pool Table, shipping is not included in the advertised price of our tables or accessories. Customers who’d like to view our pool tables in person can schedule a visit to our Kuala Lumpur showroom—simply WhatsApp  018‑668 9731 to book an appointment and request a personalised delivery quote.

2. Fulfilment & Dispatch

  • Most orders leave our warehouse within three (3) business days of confirmation—one of the fastest fulfilment times in the industry.
  • Same‑day dispatch is occasionally possible; please contact Customer Service to confirm availability.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has left the warehouse, you will receive a WhatsApp or e‑mail notification containing the courier reference and essential delivery information.
Please read this message in full as it explains what to expect on delivery day.

4. Delivery & Installation Options

4.1  White-Glove Installation

  • Our in‑house installation team arrives together with the courier.
  • They inspect the consignment for transit damage on‑site, then proceed with positioning, assembly, levelling and rubbish removal at the pre‑scheduled date and time.
  • Simply be present—we handle everything.

4.2  Delivery Without Installation

  • Your order is delivered kerbside by Cuebera’s selected courier (or your preferred courier if requested in advance).
  • Customer Service will call or message you on the morning of delivery to agree a time window.
  • You are responsible for all unloading, moving and lifting. A complete shipment typically weighs ≈ 150 kg (MDF construction). Arrange at least two able‑bodied adults to assist.

5. Inspecting For Transit Damage

  1. After unloading, examine every carton and crate before signing the Consignment Note (CN).
  2. If no visible damage, sign “Received in good condition.”
  3. If damage is present:
    • Sign the CN “DAMAGED – SUBJECT TO INSPECTION.”
    • Photograph all affected packaging and parts.
    • E‑mail or WhatsApp us within eight (24) hours with:
      • A copy/photo of the signed CN
      • All damage photographs
      • A brief description of the issue
  4. We will expedite replacement parts once documentation is received.

Damage occurs in fewer than 1 % of shipments, but if it does, rest assured we will put it right.

6. Refusal Or Return Of Delivery

If you refuse delivery at the kerbside, you will be liable for:

  • All out‑bound and return freight charges; and
  • Any handling fees incurred by installers.
