Lifetime Warranty

At Cuebera Pool Table we precision‑engineer every MDF bed to resist warping, sagging and seam‑separation for decades of indoor play. To prove it, we provide a Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser for private‑residential use in Malaysia.
1. Coverage

¹ “Lifetime” = as long as the original retail purchaser owns the table. Non‑transferable.
2. Exclusions
- Normal wear items (cloth, chalk marks, cue tips, accessory kits).
- Cosmetic dents or scratches acquired after delivery/installation.
- Any damage arising from improper moving, over‑tightened screws, unauthorised repairs, outdoor use, commercial / public‑venue use, or prolonged exposure to high humidity, direct sunlight, flood or fire.
- Transit defects: must still be reported within 24 hours of delivery under the Refund Policy; after that window latent issues are handled under this Lifetime Warranty.
3. Owner Responsibilities
Retain proof of purchase (invoice / order confirmation).
- Keep the table fully assembled indoors in a climate‑controlled room and follow Cuebera’s care guide.
- Use Cuebera White‑Glove Installation; self‑installation voids cover for installation‑related faults.
4. Making A Claim
- Notify us within 24 hours of discovering the problem via WhatsApp 018‑668 9731.
- Provide your order number plus clear photos or video.
- Our technicians review remotely or schedule an inspection.
- Resolution (Cuebera’s option): repair, replacement part(s) or a replacement table of equal or higher model value.
- Freight: customers cover the cost of sending items to our service centre; for approved claims, Cuebera will cover return shipping.
5. Statutory Rights
Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia) or other mandatory laws.
