Available as a paid add-on within Klang Valley (flat rate RM 500). Our technicians place the MDF cabinet on adjustable leg-levellers, sweep a digital level end-to-end and side-to-side, then insert micro-shims until the surface reads perfectly level. Rails are torqued to spec with calibrated drivers, locking the frame for long-term stability and true, tournament-grade roll from day one.
Service limited to ground-floor or lift-access locations; stairway delivery is not encouraged to prevent damage to the table and property.
CONCIERGE SERVICE
White-Glove Delivery
Our White-Glove team will deliver your table anywhere in West Malaysia. Assembly/levelling is a separate, chargeable service available only in Klang Valley.
Our crew inspects the carton for transit damage and rolls the (≈ 150 kg) cabinet on padded dollies. You sign off when every component arrives in perfect condition—total peace of mind and full Cuebera warranty protection.

Note: incorrect self-installation voids the Cuebera warranty; professional assembly is strongly advised for long-term playability.
